We are a family who between us let a small number of homes in the Bristol area. Mum takes pride in her excellent painting and decorating, Dad carefully constructs the most precise and robust fixtures possible. Daughter is a flat pack furniture expert and in charge of anything website/email related. Son helps with heavy lifting when bribed with food or babysitting. We manage everything between us, talking directly to tenants so we get to know each other as people without agents interceding.
